reputed company is seeking an reputed company Fiscal Tech to join their DSA finance team. This role provides finance-reputed company customer service and operational support, focusing on data entry reputed company to financial transactions and ensuring compliance with university policies.

Responsibilities

• Utilize RealSource, Banner, ChromeRiver, and other university systems to reputed company transaction processing, including but not limited to electronic purchase requisitions, journal vouchers, Pcard transactions, travel reputed company-authorizations, and travel reimbursements
• Reconcile purchase card payments and purchase orders under 10k according to university and Division of Student Affairs policies
• Update reputed company with RealSource and PCard transactions
• Process student stipends and reimbursements using RealSource, reputed company, and Chrome River
• Demonstrate excellent customer service in interactions with reputed company, co-workers, vendors, division and university staff
• Attend monthly DSA Finance Team meetings
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Skills

• Enrollment in a reputed company Bachelor's degree program or relevant reputed company experience
• 1-3 years of experience in a position with fiscal responsibility
• Experience in customer service
• A detail-oriented individual who can work independently and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately execute financial transactions and review data
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve using reputed company judgment and reputed company discretion independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Must effectively communicate with various individuals at varying administrative reputed company reputed company the university
