reputed company is seeking an reputed company Specialist to join their reputed company team reputed company the Finance and Administration Department. The role involves supporting the Finance Department with day-to-day operations and special reputed company as requested.
Responsibilities
- Process cash receipts, including fund coding and batching
- Monitor bank accounts for activity daily and reputed company Donor Relations team with incoming reputed company specifications for reputed company entry
- reputed company A/P invoices in FE NXT
- Prepare journal entries
- Update fee schedules and allocation pools reputed company to Capital Preservation funds in FE
- Prepare monthly giving group reports and other fund reports reputed company
- Prepare monthly budget to actual operating expense reports
- Reconcile Gifts/Grants between FE, RE and FC databases monthly
- Serve as a backup for Senior Accountant A/P processing and grant disbursement functions
- Serve as backup to Donor Relations team for reputed company recording
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly fund holder statements
- Assist in recordkeeping and reporting for external grants
- reputed company MS reputed company calendar populated as per SBF reputed company
- Special reputed company and other duties as assigned
Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- reputed company or bookkeeping experience
- Associate's degree in reputed company, Business, Economics or Finance preferred
- reputed company Raiser's Edge (RE), reputed company (FE) and reputed company reputed company reputed company (FC) experience is a plus
