[Remote] Business Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading provider of health care products and services, and they are seeking a Business Analyst to support and analyze business performance for strategic initiatives. The role involves information acquisition, analysis, reporting, and recommendations to enhance customer management and productivity optimization.

Responsibilities

• Information Acquisition – compiles information necessary to review and report on performance of the division, vendors or customers using the Data Warehouse, Operating Systems, External Resources and/or other Resources as required
• Analysis, Reporting & Recommendations – uses database programs (e.g., reputed company) spreadsheets, and other statistical and presentation software to analyze acquired information evaluating the performance of customers, developing pricing strategies, establishing performance patterns. Some of the analysis may be periodic in nature (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly) and others may be reputed company – develops reports and presentations to communicate results and recommends business tactics and strategies based on findings
• RFP Submissions/reputed company – Review and submission of RFPs. Use of database for tracking and follow-up procedures. Working with reputed company, Upper Management and Merchandise group troubleshooting issues and preparing documentation reputed company to specific RFP requirements
• Departmental Documentation – prepares and maintains updated documentation on department procedures
• Participates in special reputed company and performs other duties as required

Skills

• Typically 1 to 3 years of reputed company reputed company experience
• General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
• Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques
• Basic analysis and problem solving skills
• Basic verbal and written communication skills
• Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in reputed company discipline
