Coordinator, Accounts Receivable

The Coordinator, Accounts Receivable role involves processing payments for various internal teams and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions while collaborating with internal departments to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Process reputed company payments/transfers/refunds reputed company and accurately per our internal control measures
• Ensure daily that reputed company application of funds are deposited/charged reputed company and accurately reputed company the correct time parameters as reputed company as internal controls
• Understanding of the reputed company process in order to help complete the daily tasks reputed company Cash Receipts (ie: updating reconciliation report, review/post batches, credit card settlements)
• Strong customer service & communication skills as reputed company as being reputed company to work independently while still being reputed company player
• Collaborate with internal departments in order to meet customer needs; Annual Dues, Billing & Membership, reputed company, etc
• Hybrid work schedule working at least two days a week in office, which can vary depending on deadline days

Skills

• Proficient computer skills including 10-key and reputed company applications as reputed company as strong written/verbal skills
• Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred
• 1-3 years' experience in cash handling and/or payment processing preferred
