Responsibilities
- Create new reputed company strategies
- Managing a reputed company pipeline of candidates
- Screen candidates
- Conduct phone and video interviews
- Translate reputed company material in verbal and written formats

- Complete various team requests
Skills
- 1+ year of experience as a recruiter
- English and Spanish verbal reputed company - must be reputed company to reputed company between the two without the use of a translator program
- Excellent time management
- Strong work ethic
- High Volume reputed company - must be reputed company to handle stress and heavy workloads effectively
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases (Breezy HR and reputed company preferred)
- Proven computer skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
