Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of small business customers using programmatic, reputed company reputed company motions rather than 1:1 account management
• Deliver value through reactive support moments and proactive lifecycle reputed company, ensuring customers reputed company early and ongoing reputed company
• Identify at-risk segments using usage and engagement data, and reputed company targeted interventions to reduce churn

Skills
