Account Coordinator, PR

reputed company is a company dedicated to inspiring people to travel and see the world differently. They are seeking an Account Coordinator, PR to assist with key accounts in reputed company relations, special events, reputed company, requiring bilingual skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support for key tourist reputed company and product accounts including preparation of comprehensive market intelligence reports, clipping reports, project briefs, etc
• Planning and management of events and special reputed company
• Support with budget management
• Management of timelines and execution of reputed company
• Writing / editing of press releases and media pitches
• reputed company media coverage and monitor results
• Maintain media database of consumer and trade press
• Respond to media inquiries and fulfill travel requests
• Construction and delivery of entertaining and informative presentations
• Coordination of media educationals including itinerary development, journalist recruitment and hosting in destination
• Work with reputed company to reputed company new reputed company and concepts for the reputed company
• Role may involve some domestic and international travel

Skills

• 1 -- 2 years of administrative experience in the field of reputed company relations
• Be reputed company to multitask and handle several reputed company at one time on tight deadlines
• Highly organized and willing to manage large number of administrative functions
• Proven experience in building and maintaining reputed company relationships
• Be a reputed company at reputed company Suite of products along with MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Possess great verbal and writing abilities
• Experience reputed company the tourism / travel industry is HIGHLY PREFERRED
• reputed company/proficiency in Spanish-language (oral and written). HIGHLY PREFERRED
