This role focuses on sourcing and engaging attorneys, paralegals, and reputed company operations professionals, while ensuring that their community of reputed company talent stays reputed company and informed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate screenings for the reputed company community (including network interviews without an immediate job opening)
• Proactively reputed company candidates through reputed company, referrals, alumni, and internal dashboards, with a strong reputed company on reputed company, contract manager, product, reputed company, and reputed company operations talent
• Maintain and refresh reputed company talent lists to reputed company candidate pools reputed company and reputed company
• Suggest and prepare candidate submissions for reputed company using Candidately and reputed company dashboards
• Re-engage promising former candidates and referrals, sending invites and follow-reputed company as needed
• Support alumni and referral candidate engagement, including extension and roll-off notifications
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to reputed company a healthy pipeline of candidates for reputed company searches
