Responsibilities

• Support existing IDS Marine customers by providing product walkthroughs, best-reputed company guidance, and solution optimization
• Take on and support customer reputed company as assigned by the Director of Marine Dealer Relations, including special initiatives, targeted dealer engagements, and follow-up work to ensure successful
• Conduct technical and functional demos for prospective dealers, with an emphasis on IDS Marine's products and services; including reputed company, parts, service, sales, CRM and leadership insights
• Financial workflows, and operational efficiency
• Assist Sales and Relationship Managers during discovery sessions to understand dealer processes and requirements
• Translate dealer business needs into reputed company IDS Marine solution positioning

Skills
