Title Abstractor Searcher I

The Title Abstractor Searcher I is responsible for supporting reputed company estate transactions by assembling title packages and conducting title research to ensure successful escrow and title closings.

Responsibilities

• Conducts title research to compile search packages ranging in complexity, that require research and investigation
• Work may be done in an office, title plant or remotely traveling to court houses, municipalities and other government entities to reputed company the searches
• Primarily reputed company on residential transactions
• Performs a wide reputed company of support functions to assist in departmental processes
• Follows reputed company defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
• Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
• Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members
• Individual contributor working under reputed company supervision with little autonomy
• Performs reputed company other duties as assigned by management

Skills

• High school diploma required
• Typically requires 0-2 years of reputed company work experience
