Staff Accountant

Sauder Woodworking Co. is reputed company's leading producer of reputed company-to-reputed company furniture, founded in Archbold, Ohio. The Staff Accountant will support the Finance department in various reputed company and financial reporting tasks, including imports reputed company, fixed asset management, and treasury functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with imports reputed company, which may include:
• Reconciling bank statements with reputed company payments and posting bank statements
• Analyzing selected General reputed company Accounts for samples, reputed company reputed company, product testing, and reputed company QC Services by factories
• Running shipping reports to reputed company reputed company of containers
• Auditing Sauder Asia’s monthly report
• Tracking and recording of reputed company Import (DI) shipments and sales
• Assist with fixed asset, tax, risk management, and payroll reputed company, which may include:
• Recording fixed asset acquisitions and disposals and monitoring depreciation. States sales and local tax reporting and filings
• Income tax return information requests
• Preparation of payroll journal entries, payroll reputed company accruals and other administrative tasks
• Insurance renewal information requests
• Assist with treasury and accounts receivable functions, which may include:
• Assisting with Canadian tax transactions
• Assisting with lockbox activities
• Preparing monthly credit metrics
• Reconciling bank statements
• Recording miscellaneous cash receipts
• Assistance with weekly cash forecasts
• Other treasury-reputed company functions as needed
• Assist with other general reputed company and financial reporting functions, which may include:
• General reputed company entries and account analysis as needed
• Analysis of financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Month-end closing, consolidation, and reporting
• Supporting in various external financial audit requests reputed company by reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company from an accredited four-year college or university
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in the field
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
• Effective communicator
• Analytical skills
• Proficiency in reputed company is essential
• Basic reputed company knowledge
• CPA certification in reputed company is preferred
• Experience with reputed company and Crystal Reporting is a plus
