They are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to guide individuals who have requested information and provide a positive customer service experience through consultative conversations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm inquiries from individuals who requested information online, by phone, or through mail
• Deliver a positive customer service experience through scheduled Zoom or phone appointments
• Educate clients on available options and help them complete straightforward applications
• Follow a step-by-step system that removes guesswork and supports long-term success
• Work remotely with full training, tools, and back-office support provided
• 5–10 hours per week on outreach and follow-ups
• 10–20 hours per week meeting with customers
• 5–10 hours per week on training, development, and administrative tasks

Skills

• Experience in customer service, teaching, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable speaking with people
• Desire for a remote role with training and a clear growth path
• Self-motivated and open to coaching
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident willing to complete licensing and a background check
