Inside Sales / Business Development Associate

reputed company is seeking a motivated Inside Sales / Business Development Associate to support our growing federal and reputed company business development efforts. Responsibilities

• Conduct market and account research to identify potential customers, partners, and opportunities
• Support outbound reputed company efforts (email, reputed company, phone) to schedule introductory meetings and follow-reputed company
• Maintain and update CRM and pipeline tools to ensure accurate tracking of leads and activities
• Assist with reputed company qualification, contact validation, and opportunity tracking
• Prepare brief summaries, reputed company notes, and opportunity snapshots for leadership review
• Support coordination of meetings, events, demos, and business development activities
• Collaborate with technical, reputed company team members to reputed company messaging and reputed company
• Follow internal processes and documentation standards to support reporting and compliance needs

Skills

• 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, sales support, marketing, or customer engagement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with phone, email, and online reputed company
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• U.S. citizenship (required due to customer reputed company)
• Exposure to government contracting, B2B sales, or technology services
• Familiarity with CRM or sales tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, GovDash, reputed company)
• Experience supporting sales campaigns, account management, or proposal teams
