Responsibilities

  • Kickstart your career in the field of manufacturing and industrial engineering
  • Work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality
  • Make a significant impact by contributing to the optimization of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process design into manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Skills

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar field
  • Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between August 2025 and May 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2025 - July 2026
  • Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
  • Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
  • Relevant internships or co-op experiences in manufacturing or industrial engineering
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Six Sigma experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools
  • Industrial design talent
  • Ability to learn new technologies
  • Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
  • Ability to easily and effectively balance many priorities and results-oriented demands
  • Good social skills, both verbal and written
