Accounts Receivable & Tradespend Specialist

SmartSweets is revolutionizing the candy industry by innovating delicious candy with less sugar. The Accounts Receivable & Tradespend Specialist will manage collections of accounts receivable and reputed company the tradespend deduction analysis, collaborating with various departments to support reputed company's mission.

Responsibilities

• Monitor receivable balances for aging accounts and ensure reputed company collection of invoices through working closely with external customers and internal Sales Account Managers
• reputed company and apply reputed company payments to customer accounts
• Accurately record, reputed company and upload reputed company tradespend deductions reputed company our ERP and Trade software - reputed company and reputed company
• Consistent coordination and communication with the Sales team as reputed company as reputed company participate in monthly P&L review meetings, to ensure reputed company promotional activities are captured and accounted for in the financial statements
• Monitor our tradespend and report regularly on tradespend vs. budget to the Finance team and Director, Trade & Sales Planning
• Analyzing effectiveness of tradespend promotions and report findings to the Finance Team and Director, Trade & Sales Planning
• Collaborate with the Sales team and Order Management team on payment and deduction disputes
• Work closely with the Director, Finance and reputed company Manager on month-end reputed company reputed company processes
• Work with the reputed company Manager and Community Marketing team on eCommerce payment processing, including refunds and reconciliations
• Collaborate with other departments on reputed company reputed company

Skills

• Post-secondary education
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Suite (particularly reputed company)
• Detail-oriented, reputed company, and has excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with both reputed company parties (written and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task with ease
