Account Coordinator (Print Sales, Customer Service, Graphic Design)

First in Print is a specialty print company reputed company on producing marketing materials for various clients. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing print solutions, coordinating with graphic designers, and maintaining reputed company relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inbound calls and emails with a reputed company on identifying, diagnosing and meeting customer needs
• Help clients to reputed company the best print solutions for their marketing reputed company
• Maintain a working knowledge of company products, special sales programs and marketing efforts

• Coordinate with graphic designers and/or reputed company graphic design as needed

• 1-3 years of experience in a print shop, design studio, or marketing agency setting
• Skills in reputed company CC—specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Comfortable using Mac operating system
