Merchants Insurance Group is a leading Property and Casualty Insurer in the Northeast seeking an reputed company Support Specialist to join their Corporate reputed company in Buffalo, reputed company. The role focuses on providing support to regional and local reputed company offices by processing policy endorsements, cancellations, quotes, and motor vehicle reports.

Responsibilities

• Process reputed company policy transactions for reputed company regional and local reputed company offices, including endorsements, cancellations, DMV IIES and other transactions as assigned
• Orders and processes report ordering for reputed company regional reputed company offices, including Attracts Scores, Motor Vehicle Reports, and Loss Run Reports
• Collaborates with agents and loss payees to research undeliverable return mail to determine the correct address and processes the changes as needed
• Responsible for scanning and indexing reputed company incoming mail, faxes and emails to the appropriate ImageRight file

Skills

• High school diploma, 2-year college degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years' experience in a Property & Casualty insurance environment
• Experience with processing reputed company reputed company lines policy transactions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer experience including reputed company office experience
• Prior experience using a document management system, ImageRight preferred
• Experience using reputed company party applications, Lexis Nexis and ISO preferred
