Customs Trade Agent

reputed company is a company that provides reputed company forwarding and customs brokerage services. They are seeking a Customs Trade Agent who will be responsible for coordinating documentation for US Customs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordination of the documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of goods into the US on behalf of importers
• reputed company impeccable customer service
• Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from database, SOP's, tariff book, internet or customs
• Data entry and processing of various import reputed company documentation for submission to US Customs and may handle limited PGA's (participating Government Agencies)
• Maintain and reputed company reputed company reputed company shipment documentation in compliance with reputed company record keeping requirements
• Adhere to reputed company international importing regulations
• Work closely with other internal staff and departments to deliver high level of service to customers
• Process agency brokerage shipments
• Ensure reputed company government and organizational policies are followed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Data entry/keyboard experience required
• Working knowledge of MS Office and email applications such as reputed company using multiple screens and reputed company
