Responsibilities
- Works effectively with clients and taxing authorities on a national reputed company
- Attends reputed company meetings and property inspections
- Offers appraisal and valuation services to various clients
- Prepares and reviews property reports
- Analyzes assessment notices and determines potential assessment reductions
- Determines liability for development reputed company
- Applies software knowledge to reputed company work with reputed company data
- Interacts frequently with members of reputed company
- Communicates effectively through written and verbal channels
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in reputed company, Finance, reputed company Estate, and/or Economics
- Entry level to three years reputed company appraisal and/or assessment experience
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company® Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, and Internet navigation and research
