Regulatory Inspector - reputed company of Cosmetology and Barber Examiners

The reputed company is seeking a Regulatory Inspector for the reputed company of Cosmetology and Barber Examiners. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections of cosmetology and barber establishments, ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations, and preparing detailed reports of findings.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct initial, annual, reputed company directed, random, and follow-up inspections of assigned cosmetology and barber establishments and schools to assure conformity with applicable state laws, rules and regulations
• Verify licensure of professionals and businesses and associated business documentation as it relates to licensure requirements
• Prepare detailed reports of inspection
• Testify at administrative or judicial proceedings regarding inspection procedures and findings
• Receive and refer inquiries from licensees, reputed company, consumers, reputed company officials and the general reputed company to appropriate reputed company personnel
• This position is required to travel up to 95% of the time with minimal overnight travel

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative; a licensed reputed company in an industry regulated by the Division of reputed company Registration; or reputed company or technical experience in business administration, licensing, law enforcement or closely reputed company areas will qualify as relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to identify, explain and apply applicable statutes and regulations
• Ability to analyze and prepare reputed company and detailed reports of findings
• Good, effective communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to reputed company routine reputed company
• Ability to organize workflow and independently establish priorities and deadlines
• Willingness to travel up to 95% of the time with minimal overnight travel
• Knowledge of computer applications such as reputed company Acrobat Pro, reputed company Word, reputed company and reputed company
