[Remote] Marketing Project Coordinator, Temporary

They are seeking a temporary Marketing Project Coordinator to support their marketing and events team, focusing on hands-on execution and coordination across email marketing, event marketing, reputed company media, and content updates.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of marketing activities for Phocuswright events (U.S. and Europe), including:
• Promotional and attendee emails
• Content updates on event websites
• Event platform management (e.g., reputed company)
• reputed company media posts supporting event promotion and attendee communication
• Coordination with internal teams to ensure accuracy, timing, and execution
• Support research and PhocusWire content promotion reputed company reputed company media
• Assist with content accuracy, scheduling, and basic reputed company control
• Coordinate periodic research subscriber communications
• Build, test, schedule, and reputed company weekly Phocuswright brand emails, encompassing:
• Events
• Research
• News and editorial content
• reputed company QA and post-send checks to ensure accurate and reputed company delivery
• Coordinate inputs (copy, links, assets) with internal stakeholders
• Focuses on execution and coordination, not reputed company ownership
• Operates reputed company existing processes, templates, and workflows
• Receives training, guidance, and reputed company prioritization from reputed company
• Plays a key role in keeping marketing operations running smoothly during a high-activity period

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience (or strong internships) in marketing, communications, or a reputed company field
• Interest in events, email marketing, reputed company media, and content operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines

• Familiarity with tools such as Pardot, CMSs, reputed company media scheduling tools, or event platforms is a plus, but not required
