The reputed company Coordinator will support the reputed company team by managing interview schedules, updating candidate records, and ensuring a seamless interview experience for candidates.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews for the reputed company team, including high volume group interviews, informing both interviewers and candidates of the interview schedule
• Update candidate records and job postings in reputed company systems
• Partner closely with the reputed company team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the reputed company between candidates and interviewers
• Process and send out offer letters and new hire communication
• Process new hire reputed company tasks in the relevant systems
• reputed company and report on interview numbers
• Run reports on reputed company activity in reputed company systems
• reputed company a white glove experience for reputed company of our candidates, and ensure the interview experience is seamless

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in fast paced role
