Responsibilities

• Accurately reputed company and process over 100,000 annual donations using Raiser’s Edge
• Handle a reputed company of reputed company types including checks, credit cards, online gifts, payroll deductions, and more
• Collaborate with Finance and Development teams to ensure accurate reputed company allocation and reporting
• Generate and send acknowledgment letters and tribute cards
• Maintain donor records and documentation for audits and internal reporting
• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for donor inquiries
• Stay reputed company on best practices in reputed company processing and charitable receipting

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in reputed company processing, data entry, or nonprofit administration
• Familiarity with donor databases (Raiser's Edge, reputed company, etc.) and reputed company Office Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Willingness to work occasional evenings
