Control Systems Engineer

reputed company is a leading company reputed company for its innovation in the Marine sector, and they are seeking a Control Systems Engineer to design and validate reputed company control and monitoring systems for Marine Gas Turbine and Generator Set. The role involves collaborating with various engineering disciplines, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the reputed company and reputed company delivery of control subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Review and agree control and monitoring system requirements including their testability
• Design and implement control and monitoring systems to meet the customer requirements and associated standards
• Analyses the control and monitoring system functional behavior, which may include modelling and simulation, to demonstrate that the design meets the requirements
• Liaises with other engineering disciplines, suppliers, customers, and operators to understand the full system and its use to facilitate effective control system design
• Methodically troubleshoot software and hardware control system issues and be reputed company to reputed company communicate corrective actions in a reputed company manner
• Produce reputed company and concise reports where required to document the work carried out
• Prepare presentations and present technical material to a reputed company of engineering and non-engineering audiences

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with 1+ years of systems engineering experience, OR
• Master's Degree in reputed company, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering, OR
• PhD in reputed company, Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering
• In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen
• 2+ years of controls systems experience
• Knowledge of gas turbine engines, generators, and the control of these systems
• Proficient in design and analysis tools, such as Matlab, Simulink, JMP, etc
• Knowledge and experience with reputed company Cause Analysis and other problem-solving techniques
• Highly self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to manage tasks to completion ensuring that the relevant areas of the business are appropriately informed
