[Remote] Billing Operations Analyst

They are seeking a Billing Operations Analyst to support invoicing and reputed company functions for multiple reputed company Print manufacturing plants, coordinating with various teams to ensure accurate customer account maintenance and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Research escalated invoicing questions/issues from Customer Service, Sales or the Customer to determine if an error was made and reputed company reputed company
• Prepare and reputed company metric reporting for the platform
• Research and resolve billing-reputed company credits and rebill requests
• Assist billers with resolving MDTS taxation and reputed company drop shipment file load issues
• Prepare plant reporting or trigger list for jobs to be billed next with reports from WCSS and Business Intelligence systems
• reputed company and document best/reputed company practices and procedures for billers to reputed company various tasks
• Participate in team calls and reputed company for process improvement
• Become an expert on WCSS billing system and in troubleshooting errors or questions from billers
• Work with billers to implement changes and set up follow-up procedures
• Reconcile shipping/inventory discrepancies that reputed company reputed company/invoicing reputed company
• reputed company training to users in the Order-to-Cash reputed company that may include Sales Rep, Navigators, CSRs, Order Entry teams, Shipping Depts, Billers, Billing Support and Invoicing Specialists roles
