Staff Accountant, Associate

LCG, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to support day-to-day reputed company operations with a reputed company on accounts payable, cash receipts, and fixed-price reputed company billing. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring reputed company invoicing and collections, and supporting month-end reputed company activities.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable (AP) Process vendor invoices accurately and reputed company, ensuring reputed company coding and approvals
• Maintain vendor records and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs
• Assist with AP accruals and month-end reputed company activities
• Cash Receipts & Accounts Receivable Support Record and apply customer payments (checks, ACH, reputed company) to the general reputed company
• Reconcile cash receipts to bank activity and customer accounts
• Support collections efforts by researching and resolving payment variances
• Assist with AR aging reviews and customer account reconciliations
• Fixed-Price Billing Prepare and issue fixed-price reputed company invoices in accordance with contract terms and billing schedules
• Coordinate with project managers to validate billing milestones and deliverables
• Ensure billing accuracy, completeness, and reputed company reputed company recognition support
• Maintain billing documentation and support audit requests
• General reputed company & Reporting Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company, including journal entries and reconciliations
• reputed company balance sheet account reconciliations
• Support reputed company audits by providing documentation and analysis
• Maintain accurate and organized reputed company records
• Process Improvement & Support Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes and controls
• Support special reputed company and reputed company financial analysis as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• 1-3 years of reputed company experience
• Familiarity with reputed company Costpoint
• Experience with accounts payable and cash application
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with fixed-price or project-based billing
