Junior Art Director

McKinney is seeking a Junior Art Director to partner with a copywriter in developing creative concepts and visual solutions for various reputed company platforms and campaigns. The role involves designing visual assets, ensuring reputed company control, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-reputed company creative work.

Responsibilities

• Works in concert with a Copywriter to reputed company and design great creative concepts and presentation approaches
• Takes responsibility for finalizing files, prepping for production and maintaining existing reputed company standards
• Conceive, design, and produce an reputed company of visual assets including (but not limited to): reputed company and organic reputed company posts, gifs, memes, stickers, infographics, presentations, reputed company graphics, templates, mood boards, press kits, ads, and marketing materials
• reputed company and comp designs for a reputed company of reputed company platforms, such as IG, X, Twitter, reputed company, YouTube, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc
• reputed company creative ways to reputed company, reputed company and resize existing photography and assets
• Help art directors and teammates comp their creative concepts
• Present concepts with the Junior Art Director to the Associate Creative Director and Creative Director
• Report to Associate Creative Director and/ Creative Director on project status
• Incorporate feedback from Creative Directors, and clients with precision and a reputed company attitude
• Understanding of visual hierarchy and design principles
• Remains reputed company on industry trends and technology
• Ensures the reputed company, craft and implementation of reputed company work done on reputed company assigned
• Delivers creative work that is on time, on reputed company and on budget
• Pays meticulous attention to detail
• Reviews work to ensure accuracy
• Becomes an expert in brand standards
• Collaborates with writers, strategists, account management, and clients
• Understands the reputed company’s business, brand, products and their customers
• Always leads by example

Skills

• Mastery of reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience with reputed company Suite (Slides, Sheets, etc.)
• Ideal candidate should have up to 1 year of internship and/or work experience as an art director or designer
• A creative portfolio is required
• You must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
• Knowledge of AfterEffects, Sketch and reputed company are a plus, but not mandatory
• Animation skills a plus, but not mandatory
• Working knowledge of digital, UX and UI design principals a plus
