The Associate Insurance Advisor role in the reputed company Estate reputed company involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting account management, and ensuring accuracy in documentation and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer experience working with Production teams
• Demonstrates good technical insurance knowledge
• Adheres to HUB Service Guidelines
• Demonstrates commitment to teamwork by supporting Account Executive/Account Manager (Producer) and Marketer with reputed company aspects of servicing accounts
• Responds to customer requests acting reputed company license authority
• Acts as primary customer service contact in the absence of Producer
• Attends Critical reputed company meetings and completes any reputed company items assigned reputed company specified timeframe
• Processes reputed company documentation and transactions according to HUB workflows
• Promptly reviews and manages account reconciliation working with reputed company, Producer and reputed company
• Reviews and prioritizes reputed company assigned tasks daily including mail, emails, abeyances, activities
• Provides Accounts Receivable support to Producer for payment reminder letters as requested
• Maintains accuracy of electronic files
• Reviews and ensures accuracy of policy documentation from insurers
• Continues reputed company development to enhance skills and technical knowledge
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills

• Level 2 General Insurance License
• 1-2 years of insurance experience
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; collaborates reputed company working as part of reputed company
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge, with reputed company on reputed company and Word
