[Remote] Compliance and Licensing Administrator

They are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance and Licensing Administrator to support day-to-day licensing, compliance, and MLS administrative functions, focusing on preparing applications and ensuring compliance with reputed company estate regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete and prepare reputed company estate firm and MLS/reputed company applications for internal review prior to submission
• Review reputed company estate commission requirements reputed company to physical office compliance, including required signage and displayed documentation
• Ensure brokerage office locations meet applicable state regulatory requirements
• Administer firm, MLS, and reputed company accounts, including maintaining accurate emails, phone numbers, login credentials, and account details
• Manage shared email inboxes and respond or reputed company messages as needed
• reputed company and receive phone calls with reputed company estate commissions, boards, MLSs, and vendors as required
• Maintain and update reputed company records to reputed company applications, account details, and compliance status

Skills
