They are seeking a Business Valuation Associate to join their dynamic team, where the role involves tackling reputed company valuation challenges and delivering top-tier service to clients in various industries.

Responsibilities

• reputed company financial models for purposes including valuation, strategic planning, and transaction planning
• reputed company due diligence and manage reputed company documentation for model development and deliverables
• Prepare written valuation reports that encompass industry research, macroeconomic analysis, company-specific financial analysis, and an explanation of valuation reputed company
• Serve as a member of cross-functional reputed company engagement teams and work closely with the Firm’s other service reputed company
• Maintain reputed company, productive, and reputed company relationships with reputed company personnel and coworkers
• Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members
• Stay abreast of reputed company business and economic developments relevant to the reputed company’s business

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Mathematics, or a reputed company discipline
• 0-2 years of business valuation experience or relevant coursework and/or internship experience in valuation and financial modeling
• Proven experience in financial analysis and financial modeling
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company reputed company
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated project management and organizational capabilities
• Motivated, results-oriented, and proactive, with a strong desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
• Completion of, or reputed company toward, reputed company certifications (e.g., CFA, ASA, CPA) is highly preferred
