- Must be a US Citizen
- reputed company years of experience in HVAC and building design with understanding of HVAC and heat transfer principles
- Full-time in the office. Hybrid and remote work are not practical for this position
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite of software including reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Paint
- Must be competent with AutoCAD. Desirable to have a working knowledge of Revit
- Ability to obtain/maintain a reputed company clearance
