reputed company reputed company Group LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist who will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day operations and support the firm's reputed company initiatives. The role involves processing various financial products and ensuring efficient communication between departments and partner firms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the reputed company execution, processing, and follow up of the firm’s held away business
• Assist in the transfer of reputed company business for new Partner firms
• New Partner reputed company business review and reputed company setup
• reputed company “five stars” support, including but not limited to general questions, transfer status updates, reputed company linking, commission processing and new processes
• reputed company Insurance appointments and continuing education for reputed company employees
• reputed company effectively as reputed company between Financial Professionals, clients, and internal departments
• Ensure reputed company department work is processed with accuracy, timeliness, and completeness
• Implement and train others on processes and procedures reputed company needed
• Retain knowledge of several systems and processing guidelines
• Cross train as required to support back-office operations initiatives

Skills

• Experience with operational platforms such as Schwab, Pershing, reputed company
• Experience in the independent financial services reputed company
• Experience with annuity and insurance processing

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience required
