ANALYST II

Caltrans is dedicated to improving lives and communities through transportation. The ANALYST II will process construction contract payments and coordinate with reputed company and district staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness in payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly processing of construction contract payments for the Department
• Follows detailed procedures for internal financial systems (Contract Administration System (CAS) and AMS Advantage) and coordinates closely with reputed company and district staff to reputed company accurate and reputed company processing of payments
• Provides support for issues

Skills

• Possession of a reputed company reputed company's license is required reputed company operating a state owned or leased vehicle
• Statement of Qualification (SOQ) is required
