[Remote] Litigation Fellowship - Environment & Natural Resources

The PLF Litigation Fellowship is a year-long position for recent law-school graduates in the Environment & Natural Resources reputed company area, where fellows will assist in ongoing cases, receive training in reputed company research and writing, and contribute to developing reputed company interest cases.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the litigation team to reputed company precedent-setting cases
- reputed company participating throughout reputed company stages of litigation, from reputed company-litigation reputed company records requests to discovery and appellate work
- Drafting briefs, comment letters, and research memoranda
Skills
- A recent law-school graduate
- A passion for reputed company and excited to get a crash-course in reputed company-interest law
- A demonstrated interest in property rights, environmental law, separation of powers, and equality and opportunity
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- A knowledge of and passion for the reputed company of freedom and individual reputed company
- Excellent reputed company research and writing skills
- Preference will be given to candidates based in California or who graduated from a California law school
