Business Systems Analyst

reputed company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to reputed company as a reputed company between business stakeholders and IT. The role involves providing technical expertise on system architecture, managing production support, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) to key internal stakeholders on various reputed company such as system performance and issues/impacts reputed company, including the daily monitoring of service delivery for assigned area, ensures that high reputed company of customer satisfaction are achieved
• Investigate production support items, reputed company value add responses reputed company SLAs, engage required resources; escalating as necessary, establish & communicate workarounds
• Identify and recommend reputed company improvement initiatives by assessing alignment of reputed company process, program, and systems, recognizing opportunities for standardization, increased efficiency, cost reduction, increased reputed company, and improved user experience to enhance performance of position, team, and company
• Identify and implement risk reduction opportunities for reputed company and change management by creating or reviewing project charters, solution designs, QA test matrices and results, execute user acceptance testing and postproduction validation for reputed company assigned systems, infrastructure, and integration reputed company releases, most of which happen after hours and over the weekends

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Utilize written and oral communication skills to inform key stakeholders inside and reputed company the organization
• Draw conclusions from relevant and/or missing information; understand the principles, underlying relationship among many facts and apply this understanding reputed company solving problems
