MoxaNEXT: Career Development Program
Moxa is dedicated to enabling connectivity for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and is offering the MoxaNEXT: Career Development Program for recent engineering graduates. Participants will receive training in industrial networking and automation while exploring career paths in Technical Sales, Product Marketing, and Applications Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong technical foundation through Moxa’s structured training program on products, solutions, and applications
- Support customer engagement by preparing demos, proofs of concept, and technical presentations
- Partner with Sales Engineers on strategic accounts to understand customer challenges and propose solutions
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials
- Provide applications support to customers and sales teams, ensuring successful adoption of Moxa solutions
- Represent Moxa at trade shows, training events, and customer-facing activities
- Demonstrate and uphold Moxa’s core values in all interactions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field
- Strong technical foundation with an interest in customer-facing career paths (sales, product marketing, applications engineering)
- Understanding of Ethernet networking fundamentals (wired and wireless)
- Troubleshooting experience with Windows or Linux systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify technical topics for diverse audiences
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Prior project management, business planning, or leadership experience is a plus
