Responsibilities

• Execute content design and UX writing for the reputed company Shop Consumer team
• Drive content execution for campaigns and promotions
• Collaborate with and influence design, product, research, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, work environment
• Meet and reputed company with teams globally to drive a cohesive product narrative

• Craft, proofread, and edit concise, conversational product UI content

Skills

• 1+ years of content design experience, with a portfolio including, but not limited to: user reputed company copy, microcopy, user education, reputed company or transactional emails, style guides, and product launch content
• Experience creating content for global audiences and working in cross-cultural environments
• Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills and the ability to drive alignment with partners and stakeholders
