The Sportsbook CRM Coordinator will assist in executing the digital sportsbook customer communications plan and manage customer acquisition and retention messaging to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day execution of messaging material to maintain reputed company assurance

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or reputed company field
• 1-2 years of applicable marketing experience

• Ability to obtain and maintain any required Gaming Licenses
• Excellent interpersonal communication, team building, and problem-solving skills are required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of business acumen to troubleshoot and solve problems with guidance from supervisor
• Experience executing business plans with digital/marketing counterparts
