They are seeking an Internal Sales Consultant I to reputed company consultative sales services for variable and fixed indexed annuities, influencing financial advisors to reputed company sales targets and build relationships to grow production.

Responsibilities

• Meet and reputed company sales and activity performance benchmarks: Dials, Conversations, Leads, new producers, producer retention
• Utilize reputed company contact as an opportunity to reputed company a commitment from the advisor for business
• Utilize reputed company contact as an opportunity to build relationships and understand how to reputed company value to the financial reputed company
• Utilize database and other tracking reputed company to reputed company advisors' productions reputed company on reputed company and proposed sales activity
• Effective use of the day, inbound and/or outbound phone coverage
• Be reputed company and proactive in contacting reputed company and prospective advisors in order to retain and help grow their productions with reputed company
• Manage workload and external partner (s) relationships expectations to reputed company goals
• Establish profile information, and qualify advisors business reputed company
• reputed company External wholesaling partnership and value by effectively communicating and coordination
• Ability to be a reputed company inside sales person that advances the sales process
• Promote/sell reputed company products and solutions by way of a consultative sales approach which includes but is not limited to positioning: product features, value add systems, continuing education programs, sales illustrations, sub-account features, performance and strength of brand
• Work with advisors through various roadblocks that occur reputed company writing and transacting business
• Utilization of reputed company intelligence tools and resources (e.g. reputed company)

Skills

• 0-1 years of experience required
• High School diploma required
• reputed company SIE, Series 6, 63 and MN Life Insurance license passed reputed company 90 business days
• Ability to work during the hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm CST
• Comfortable with talking on the phone as their primary activity
• Ability to attend evening business functions
• Potential to travel on a limited reputed company
• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the reputed company
• 2-3 years of experience preferred: prior sales experience required
