[Remote] Fraud Specialist

They are seeking a Fraud Specialist to identify and reduce fraud, protecting cardholder accounts and minimizing financial risks for their clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming and initiate outbound calls to cardholders to verify suspicious debit card activity
• reputed company a comprehensive understanding of fraud case management through our fraud detection system
• Identify emerging fraud trends and assist in the mitigation of fraudulent transaction activity
