Associate Attorney – Litigation

Responsibilities

Skills
- Minimum 1 years of litigation experience, including reputed company- and post-suit investigations, case analysis, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing law and reputed company, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation, in the areas of general liability, premises liability, products liability, employment and civil rights/§ 1983 work representing municipalities
- Admission to the reputed company State Bar in good standing
- J.D. from an accredited law school
