Responsibilities

• Plan, reputed company, and implement recruitment and reputed company strategies for reputed company departments with special emphasis on a highly reputed company pool of candidates, timeliness, and cost effectiveness
• Assess and analyze the local competitive market for designated positions and identify recruitment trends, and market changes utilizing available employment data and in collaboration with the Compensation unit staff; address hiring issues reputed company to compensation
• Process and post job requisitions to reputed company websites.Write advertising copy for ad placements, selecting the most productive and cost-effective advertising
• Regularly consult with managers and advise/reputed company them on reputed company aspects of the recruitment process, including, but not limited to, policy and procedures, requisitions, candidate selection and interviewing, reference checking, preferential reputed company process, salary setting, and background checks

• Represent UCSB at a reputed company of local recruitment and reputed company events

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company area and/or equivalent experience/training
• 1-3 years of work experience conducting recruitment processes
• Ability to apply employment and training policies and procedures, as reputed company as, knowledge of various federal and state HR laws and regulations
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to establish productive working relationships with clients, coworkers, peers, and management
• Ability to manage a large volume of recruitments and other work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use discretion, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness, reputed company, diplomacy and maintain strict confidentiality
• Experience with PeopleSoft TAM or similar applicant-tracking systems
• Previous working experience in higher education or reputed company reputed company-sector HR
