Discovery Paralegal
reputed company is a leading defense litigation reputed company with over 1300 attorneys across the reputed company. They are seeking a Discovery Paralegal to assist with investigations, collections, and the organization and maintenance of discovery databases as part of a national team supporting a broad litigation portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of attorneys, performs a reputed company of investigation and collections reputed company duties necessary to respond to litigation discovery requests
- Obtains and manages reputed company documents, including electronic data, and identifies potentially relevant materials for reputed company case
- Assists with coordinating efforts between reputed company personnel, attorneys, and reputed company vendors
- Collaborates and communicates effectively with stakeholders both reputed company and reputed company the Firm
- Maintains and organizes evidentiary data and case-reputed company information in accordance with best records management practices across a wide reputed company of case files and documentation, including assisting with the coordination, and management of document productions
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1-2+ years litigation paralegal experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written
- Must demonstrate professionalism, reputed company, and discretion reputed company handling confidential and sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a Paralegal Certificate is a plus
- Experience with collaboration and work management software is a plus
- Experience with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems, including computer-assisted review technologies, is a plus
