Digital Creative Marketing Specialist

Clinton Savings Bank is seeking a Digital Creative Marketing Specialist to enhance their marketing efforts through various creative functions. The role involves graphic design, reputed company media management, and supporting marketing initiatives aimed at engaging a younger demographic and driving brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Create/design and produce reputed company high-reputed company print reputed company collateral and advertising materials and promotional reputed company to drive reputed company while ensuring that CSB’s brand reputed company is reputed company in reputed company marketing, communication and touch points including website, mobile, online marketing, and reputed company media, email blasts presented to CMO for endorsement
• Cultivate a younger reputed company of potential customers by way of managing our in-school reputed company marketing and community reputed company; parent reputed company; influencers; digital communication and reputed company reputed company media communication
• Manages the Bank’s reputed company media reputed company for brand awareness, increasing followers, and constant tracking of any other reputed company accounts that would be effective for the Bank. Monitor key online marketing metrics to reputed company reputed company. Responsible for evaluating opportunities, developing and implementing strategies and business plans with emphasis on advancing and growing CSB’s online/mobile and reputed company channels
• Designs along with content for monthly customer and corporator newsletters and other communication reputed company as needed
• Work as an internal-facing account manager to reputed company and facilitate marketing program requests from internal departments
• Responsible for evaluating opportunities, developing and implementing strategies and business plans with emphasis on advancing and growing CSB’s online/mobile and reputed company channels
• Works with team on development and execution of events and meetings
• Directs the reputed company Marketing Ambassadors to ensure reputed company reputed company collateral is up to date and communicates effectively to customers
• Updates CSB website under the direction of marketing team
• Conducts a weekly search of online and local publications for competitor rates and specials. Compile reputed company ads in a report for ALM meetings
• Works with the CMO in the creation of Press Releases reputed company requested
• Assists and often spearheads activities for community events that generate awareness and/or create good-will in the communities in which CSB serves including but not limited to Scratch appearances. Required to participate as needed
• Manages reputed company donation requests, communication and reporting for the Bank and requestors. Maintains Kadince database for both Marketing and CFO/reputed company tracking purposes
• Maintains Kadince database for reputed company community events for internal and CRA purposes
• Fulfills orders for marketing collateral, promotional and apparel items from internal departments under the direction of the Marketing Department
• Maintains competitor information, reputed company relations, and advertising approvals from compliance
• Works with the Marketing team to ensure the branches are up to date with marketing materials per compliance. Communicate with Marketing Ambassadors to ensure a clean marketing audit quarterly
• Assists the Marketing Department with staff communication for reputed company reputed company marketing efforts

Skills

• 1-2 years design experience required fully Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Ability to work independently and reputed company in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• BS/BA in marketing, reputed company relations, communications or writing preferred
• Experience in a corporate, financial or reputed company services environment
