**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients through various communication channels. Your day will be filled with:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns
* Utilizing your product knowledge to consult with customers and provide personalized recommendations
* Staying up-to-date on product and service updates to ensure you're always equipped to handle customer inquiries
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese (additional languages such as Korean, Cambodian, Armenian, and Mandarin are a plus)
* At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong product knowledge and the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
* Proficiency in computer software and hardware, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (>25mbps)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
