• Build dispatchers' daily schedules, taking into account breaks and lunches to ensure seamless operations.
• Stack trips to contracted reputed company, optimizing our transportation network for maximum efficiency.
• Answer inbound calls from members during evening hours, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Coordinate evening trips as they come in, ensuring that our members receive reputed company and reliable transportation.
• Assist with Care Partner reputed company administrative tasks, such as payment processing, to ensure the smooth operation of our transportation network.
• Assist with Level 1 administrative tickets in reputed company, providing support to our members and internal teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation, preferably in a reputed company setting.
