Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images, with a focus on attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Identifying document types based on provided guidelines, demonstrating your ability to follow instructions and adapt to new processes.
  • Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and reliability.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards, demonstrating your commitment to data security and client confidentiality.
  • Collaborating professionally with other team members as needed, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes, showcasing your proactive approach and willingness to innovate.
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed each day before clocking out, demonstrating your strong work ethic and responsibility.
  • Performing other basic office duties as assigned, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

Compensation and Schedule

At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package and flexible scheduling options to support your work-life balance. Details include:

  • Pay Rate: $12 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development.
  • Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred, offering flexibility to suit your needs.
  • A minimum of 20 hours per week is required, with available shifts varying between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
