We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Customer Experience Concierge to join reputed company. As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties for our clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our network brokers, vendors, and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties for our clients reputed company our reputed company database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Communicate with our Relocation Directors to reputed company specific listing details and ensure reputed company follow-up
• Review documentation to determine the condition of properties and request repair bids from our partnered vendors as needed
• reputed company as a facilitator between our clients and vendors regarding bid approvals, counters, and declined bids
• Communicate reputed company details pertaining to repairs with our Relocation Directors and ensure proactive follow-up to ensure reputed company completion
• Review broker updates for reputed company needed and review inspection details to determine if additional repairs, credits, or concessions are requested and/or required
• Follow up on reputed company property in your portfolio until the property has reputed company, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2-3 years of business experience, preferably in reputed company estate or a reputed company field
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Digital literacy and the ability to reputed company multiple systems, including reputed company
