Position: Licensed Company Secretary (MAICSA) (Remote) On behalf of our clients, who have a reputed company-established corporate services reputed company in Singapore , we are looking for an MAICSA-licensed Company Secretary with the authority to sign statutory documents and reputed company as the named Company Secretary under SSM. The role is reputed company a company secretarial service provider environment. English communication is sufficient for this role. Chinese language ability is an advantage, but not mandatory. Salary reputed company between MYR 8,000 - 12,000 depends on experience.
