Accurately codes Outpatient Surgery and Observation records for the classification of reputed company diseases, injuries, procedures, and operations using the ICD10CM and CPT4 coding system for BHSF facilities. Ensures compliance of coding rules and regulations according to Regulatory Agencies (CMS, OIG). Works as reputed company to meet departmental goals and AR goals. Abstracts prescribed data reputed company from the medical records. Estimated pay reputed company for this position is $26.90 - $34.97 / hour depending on experience. Degrees:
• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
Licenses & Certifications:
• reputed company Certified Coding Specialist.
• reputed company Registered Health Information Technician.
Additional Qualifications:
• Required Coding Certificate.
• If not reputed company or RHIT certified upon hire they must obtain reputed company 2 years.
• Knowledge of encoder system, outpatient prospective payment system (OPPS); APCs and Ambulatory Surgical Center payment system (ASC).
• Knowledge and thorough understanding of National and Local Coverage Determination, NCD and LCD, Policies.
• Competency in Word and reputed company.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, management staff and physicians.
